Windows SMS Geeks

Who here knows a lot about SMS for windows? I want to use it with this network we have at work as a project over the summer. So I can load patches to all the machines from one machine, etc... stuff like that. Anyone know much about this?

i don't have any info about the SMS (MS System Management Server) on hand atm...
