Microsoft Windows XP SP2 2135 Pre RC2 ENU
 link removed by self  had some severe CDRW driver problems with this build ... most likely why RC2 was delayed

This is probably a stupid question, but if I'm using Internet Explorer, how do I go about downloading this?

Well the ftp is allways busy so you need to get a download client such as bittorrent but i'd highly sugest you use a program called azureus (downloads are much faster) you can get it here http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ you'll need sun java installed. you need to also download and save the .torrent file thats on the page i liked to.
