Not AFAIK. Office2K requires SP1 installed before SP2. I assume that XP is the same

If office xp requires sp1 before sp2 it must ask for it. If you want to slipstream it, I know for sure that you only need the adminstrative sp2 and can skip sp1, and works great for me. Normally for windows all the service packs are cumulative but maybe this wont be for office, I dont know! Good luck.

Does anybody here get an error when installing Office XP SP1? I could never get it installed. It gives me an error. The error occurs when it asks me to insert the Offiec XP CD. Once I do that, the error occurs. The version I am running is the corporate version Office XP.

Hey Candyman,
I also had the same problem, all you need is the administrator version of SP1 (or SP2)
