Pissed The weirdest thing happened to me...

What will this stupid computer think of next to piss me off? Well, today for some unknown reason, my long list of registry favorites mysteriously disappeared. This has never happened before to me or anyone I know. So the question I'm asking is WTF?! Also, what seemed strange was that my Run menu history was also cleared. I didn't really do anything out of the ordinary that could possibly cause this so I'm mystified by it. I don't think I have a virus or anything...usually I'm pretty good with that stuff...but now I don't know what to think.

well have you ran any cleaners or utill's recently?

Have you updated anti virus and run a check/scan of your drives?
that and I would use spybot and ad-aware to do a scan too!

To see if you can find anything....

then import these keys back into your registry...

for Registy Editor's Favorites
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App lets\Regedit\Favorites

don't think the Run box's histories is improtant but its entry will be in...
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Exp lorer\RunMRU
