Help! I have to re-activate windows!

Hi.
I installed some nvidia nforce3 chipset drivers (4.27) onto my new system. when i got done installing them i rebooted and the windows xp activation box came up. it says i have used up my cd key and have to get a new one. what is wierd is i didnt change any hardware before or after i installed the drivers and i already activated windows with the same system. do i have to call microsoft? thanks for your help, please hurry i only got 3 days!

call MS to re-activate your copy of the XP and just tell them what you did.

Yep--use the 1 800 number and you be off and running in no time.
