Yes, everybody has encountered a file they just can't delete. You can try going into "Safe Mode" and that usually does it, but sometimes that doesn't even work. Unfortunately, that happened to me last night, so I looked around and discovered this dirty lil trick to delete an undeletable file without going into safe mode.
1) Open Task Manager 2) Run -> CMD for Command Line 3) Kill of the Explorer.exe process 4) Navigate to the file using the command line and delete it. 5) Go back to Task Manager and File -> New Task (Run) and type "explorer" 6) Rejoice. I hope that helps somebody someday
