Alternate DOS for Win98/ME

I think I heard something about this once. Can you run win98 se off of PC-DOS? Is it more stable. Also, can you use a 32-bit DOS?

i'm not real big on dos, but i could think you could, and i have heard of that. I would try OS/2 first though
