All ways getting this now!

Hi guys

After norton did a WinDoctor it ran to day when i was out and found errors in the Reg and so on and bloody fix them now
all of a sudden i keep getting this coming up now

its does it when try to run progs and games

i have to take out the tick for the prog to work.

can any one help please don't want to do a re-install winxp

i don't know Norton WinDoctor but i would assume it made a backup before fixing the registry...
maybe you can restore it to its previous state...
