IE spy/adware?

look amd see what running in memory...
goto run type msconfig hit enter, click the start up tab and see whats loading/listed try useing "hackjackthis" to lok at see whats auto starting and what modules are loaded

Time to start using a safer and more modern browser. Try Firefox, Mozilla or Opera.

FYI firefox is being targeted specifically for spam now too like IE is. Found an artical about it other day that they found a way through the firefox fixes for spyware.

Yeah all browsers are targeted by this. But it looks like they all resist much better then IE. And on top of that they all render pages faster and have more nice features built-in. And there are a lot of extremely usefull extensions for Firefox available which make it even more advanced.
