Stupid Sortcut' s Icons

Ηι guys i have a big problem with all the sortcuts in my computer . Everything started when i tried to change the icon of a .bat file

. i use icon packager and through this program i made rebuild icon cashe , repair icon images but nothing . i made many restarts but nothing . the sortcuts have the right icons loaded but they don't show only that stupid icon . i tried to uninstall the icon packager but nothing . Please help me .

try returning all of the icons to Windows icons, remove all of the bad shortcut icons and recrete a new shortcut, also don't change the .bat icon directly by using the program, but do make a shortcut to that .bat file and then change its icon manually from its Properties.
