i need help with my windows xp sp2!!

hey there
i downloaded window sp2 in a week or so now. no but i need help because when i goes into my e-mail account. then tries to delete some mail. then a pop up comes up and says the internet explorer has a problem and needs to close and then a black c drive(c:/) pop up comes up. this happens every time i open internet exploer up. well i need people to try and get back to me about this.

Theres no way to point you to a specific fix without some type of error code so here's one site that you can browse through. Maybe you'll find an answer here .

when you receive that error message, you should also see and be able to get error signature info, memorize or write down the "Module name" of the error signature info and pls post.
