have seen a poster in a newsgroup recommended that the CacheSentry can help fixing this bug. i never have this problem so i don't know how to check nor really know for sure if it helps, so you might want to check it out for yourself.

D/L the CacheSentry for Internet Explorer, the .ZIP package version.

Using CacheSentry...
http://www.enigmaticsoftware.com/cachesentry/index.html

i've tested the program, it seems working fine under IE6/winXP SP2.
once you have the file, unzip it (you can also place the program folder in your program files, then create a desktop shortcut to it...),
and start the CacheSentry.exe, set the program options, the Max size of cache to 10 MB. this number can be changed later. check in front of the Enable cache index size bugfix and the Show the taskbar icon. as for stray removal options, select to remove All stray files & stray URLs.

then click on the Kill the Sentry. and restart the program,
click on the Hide windows and apply any cache size changes. and start the IE. (start IE after you done with the settings, removing..)
see if this helps in your case.

Ok, this could be my last try to get this to work..
Open up the Internet Properties (Start ->Run ->inetcpl.cpl),
at the Temporary Internet files, click Settings..
then moving the Temporary Internet files (TIF) folder from default location to other partition, if your system is not using a multipartition HDD then moving the folder from the default location anyway. Windows will log you off to finish moving the TIF. after that go back to the Internet Properties and click delete files, delete all offline content, clear history and delete cookies. (move the TIF first, delete all the TIF and etc after.) and see if this helps.

YES!!!! Now it works again!!!
I moved the TIF to my other hard drive and then deleted the files, and it works.
Then I moved back the TIF again to the same place and it still working. Amazing!!!!

What do you think cause this problem and how do I avoide this problem in the future?

I´m apriciate your help and greatful for the time and aforte.

Glad that helps. and You're most welcome.
don't worry about it, this is Windows, move things around sometimes and it works again.
