outlook 2003

I use outlook, not to be confused with outlook express Please, for my email client and I also use a automatic billing program and every time my billing program try's to send a automatic bill reminder outlook tells me a program is trying to access the internet and it stops there untill I authorize it and my question is how do I set it so outlook just lets it send with no question asked?
Thanks in advance.

I use outlook 2003, but I don't have any automatic programs that try to send email, I'd try lowering the security zone in outlook and also in internet explorer just to see if it makes a difference, I've looked over the options and can't see anything specific with regards to this, sorry.

let's see if this freeware program helps,
Express ClickYes v1.1 - http://www.contextmagic.com/express-clickyes/

Express ClickYes is a tiny program that runs in the system tray and automatically clicks the Yes button for the Outlook security prompt, that asks you to confirm mail sending from third party applications or access to Outlook's address book.
