Poor Raid performamce in WinXP

anyone know how to fix the poor read/write performance from Raid setups in WinXP?

Don't revert to Win9crap.
Use VIA Raid Preformearance patch if it is VIA-based MoBo (available on VIAARENA).
Maybe PCI latency patch can help you too (http://www.networking.tzo.com/net/software/).
