Windows Folder color's

I was wondering if there was any program's or well just anyway i or any user could change the color of the folder's in window's, i currently have windows 2kPro but if anyone know's drop me a line

with microangelo you can customize all icons in windows is that what u mean?

well sorta, such as in window's we have yellow folder's, i want blue...just because i would like a change
