2000 Pro or XP Pro??

I currently have Windows 2000 Professional. Would Windows XP Pro give me better performance in games, benchmarks, etc? I know just the features alone on XP is worth the change, but how about performance?

win2k performance

Win2k is actually faster than winxp. If you like tweaking your os to death before beeing able to use it, go ahead, change to xp.
