Avant Browser (uses IE core). It has everything I want in a browser, without the need to look for several plugins like I would have to in order to get Firefox to fit my taste. Latest build 131 has issues though so try build 126 instead, whomever would like to give it a try.

Internet Explorer, updates current, mainly because it works for everything everyone here at home does without me tweaking, etc., and also (admittedly) because I'm just plain familiar with it...

IE, because it's always been reliable for me. FireFox is good, too.

Yeah i use macs, why? you got one? safari is one of their browsers, isnt bad, some security issues, but I guess most browsers have security issues even the wonderful firefox, which had 17 holes with V1. But its "cooler" than IE so no one cares, right ?

It appears you have converted me to a new browser Z. Thankyou.

I was beginning to get pissed off to the extreme with FireFox. For a kickoff it doesn't work on DH properly. I have tried to tweak it to be able to do copy/paste functions and sometimes it works but mostly doesn't. Then theres the bloody find function. Instead of using control-F only, they decided to code in the / key and the ' key to automatically bring up the find bar.

I'm not going back to IE until they introduce tabbed browsing (and yes it is a very important function for some people). I hate Opera - just cant get used to it and so Maxthon now seems the logical choice. No doubt I'll hate this too by the end of the week

You are a hard man to please Logla - lets hope your future wife knows the score . As for firefox its a decent browser but its showing more quirks lately than it used to and to be honest with the recent security problems i feel they are getting a little sloppy with the releases, however i use it along with all the other browsers for testing purposes but its certainly not my main browser.

Opera is a great browser especially if you go for the new V8 beta, I doubt you will get a better browser technically but yes there are some issues with some displaying, nothing major but most sites tend to cater for their biggest audience, that being the out of box IE users.

I know most people seem to hate IE, and yeah it has problems but no more than any other browser, in fact I always use it to get a "reference point" when working on a page as this is how it will look to most people. The one weakness is its lack of tabbed browsing and the other goodies associated with firefox and opera........ enter maxthon, the free GUI for IE code, a redone IE2. its excellent.

I use firefox, it is way faster and the different skins make it so there is almost a look of anyone. Interface is slick. I couldn't live without a tabbed browser.
