Internet drops
i am getting these internet drops. I recently got a virus so i reformated my pc. But i get drop. i scanned it with 3 different AV and i got nothing and also scanned my MBR nothing. I had some bad spyware but i used adaware and spybot seek and destory to catch it. all my stuff is up date so i think it is the router. Is there any software i should try running

What version of Windows do you run?
Do other PC's on the router drop their connection at the same time that you do? --Saif |

Well that may be the case. Try running without the router when you play WoW to see if that allows you to keep the connection active. Could be some changes that you need to make in the router to make the game run better.

Possibly, your router may need a firmware update. We have a Linksys router and everytime it started dropping us we found that there was an update to it's firmware. Maybe that could be your issue too.
