Kav 5.0.20

why does KAV requires so MUCH memory ? it takes about 35 MB of my RAM.
and my pc become 'slower' though not noticeable.

if i use f-prot 3.16b, it took only 1.2 MB...

i use default settings. thanks.

i'd not worry about how much memory the program takes, if it only took 35 and a bit more sometimes, but not keep on taking more and more or continue to do so...

every AV softwares can cause slow down, more or less. but if you find it takes your computer's ease of use, and noticeable slow down, then you'll need to make sure that the problem is caused by the AV, and i'd suggest you replace the software.
