Norton Anti Virus 03 conflicting with sercurity centre!

Hello people,some times my norton come up with annoying popups like......"Your Antivirus is turned of open norton and correct the problem" but knowing norton the Antivirus is enabled!!! and this message wont go away it pops up every 2 seconds do i stop it from alerting me at ALL!!!!!!!! and i need to reboot or switch accounts to get it to **** off!!!

help me!

Just tell S.C. not to monitor Norton.
