Link to the BIG reg tweak file?

A while ago, someone had a link to a like 3 meg reg file that had all the tweaks you could ever want for xp. Anyone have a link to information about registry editing or a reg file with tweaks?

PS: Ive been trying to find a program to ither go along with or replace the defult Reg tool that comes with xp, any suggestions?

sounds like they backed up their registry and put it online lol
