Remote Assistance Prob.
Hello Guys,
We just resently purchased some new development software at work and the tech from the company wants me to send him a remote assistance invitation to walk me through the setup. I have sent him a invitation. He has told me on the phone he get this error message. "remote assistance connot connect because the novice is not logged on" I have checked the users and the helpassistant acount is not disabled & the help Service is running also. Im thinking it may be a group policy issue any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ed Last edited by edperks; Sep 17, 2005 at 11:49 PM. |

if you cannot find the answer to your question i suggest you try below forums...
Microsoft.Public Usenet / Windows XP Support Groups / Forums : Windows XP Work Remotely http://www.msusenet.com/forumdisplay.php?f=149 that would be almost same as using this... Google Groups : microsoft.public.windowsxp.work_remotely http://groups.google.com/group/micro...emotely?lnk=sg |
