Network question.

I'm on a small 2 pc network and i've got a 512/128 kbit internet connection. I'm using windows xp ICS.

Now i would like to give 1 pc full download/upload speed, but the second one should only get about 128/32 kbit max. Because the 2nd pc is only used voor internet, no gaming etc. just plain IE.
The 1st pc is used voor gaming too, so i want it to have almost all upload speed. I think u get the point :P
Just simply, 128/32 kbit max. for the 2nd pc.

Is there anyway i can set this up?

...if I'm getting DSL & have 4 rigs all proxied thru Blue running an old copy of "winproxy"...wil Nimbus be better?

Put nimbus on each of the PC's to throttle their bandwidth allowance. Say give each PC 20% of the bw and 40% for yourself
