I can play a game for awhile, and I've gotten 3 crashes... The system just reboots while playing the game. I just installed an ATI card x850xt and took out my 9800xt. Downloaded the omega drivers, and whatnot the other day. It's very odd. Here is the report information, any help would be greatly appreciated. I'll put the other file in there if it helps any as well. This last time I played civ4 for about a half an hour and it restarted, then it did it again after about the same time?!?!?

so this problem has never occurred before you changed the video card and its drivers?
if so, i suggest you try another clean uninstall and re-install the drivers again, if that does not help, try doing it one more time but this time try using another driver set after you uninstalled the previous one. if you still have the same or similar problems after doing all the above, then i like you to verify this... whether or not this problem will still be happening after you have done a clean install of the Windows system. and then, the cause of this problem may not be at the software, so let's concentrate more on checking the hardwares side this time, your PSU, RAMs and the new vid card itself... |

looks like a conflict bewteen Watson [M$'s error reporting program majiggy], and some temporary files.
Flush your temp files, cache, etc, and see if it helps...also try a virus scan |

I changed drivers, and ran driver cleaner, etc. Still get it...It's gotta be the damn card. I'm going to bring it back and try another one. Heres what I got in my system... MSI motherboard K8t Neo FIS2R, Amd 64 3400+ pair of 512 crucial ballistix ram, seagate hardrives. I had a 9800xt in here, now I'm getting these errors with the x850xt. I just pulled out the new card and put the old one in, gonna get a different one tomorrow see if maybe it's just a bad card.
If you got any other suggestions let me know, I'll run civ 4 on the 9800xt card and see what happens (too late now, I'll do it tomorrow after work), normally after about 20 to 30 minutes the system will just reset...OYYYYYY. |

I pulled the 850xt card and put back in the 9800xt card and the computer is working just fine, no crashes in games, and stuff. Really think I got a bad card. I played civ4 for over an hour and before I couldn't get past 30 minutes. I also ran sisoft sandra burn test on everything and all went fine. I'll get another x850xt card tomorrow or so and try it. I forgot to mention I have a 420 watt power supply, so that shouldn't be an issue.
