Ati Radeon (Sapphire) HD 3850

Ok so i've tried everything possible to get my new graphics card working.

This is my last resort, any help would be dearly appreciated,

I've already tried the Omega Drivers, the newest ati drivers, the sapphire drivers and i've updated my bios to the latest version, Whenever i install any drivers my computer goes much slower than without any drivers at all, and dxdiag shows directdraw, direct3d and agp texture as disabled :/ plus no memory appears on the graphic card..

here's my DxDiag file ( Free Text Host - The Anonymous Text Hosting Service ), i deleted a few lines at the bottom to make it fit, if thats important i'll post it.

Re: Ati Radeon (Sapphire) HD 3850

yay! finally got it working. I had to use driver cleaner and clean all ati related drivers after uninstalling the graphics drivers, probably because i tried too many things with different hardware? then i installed the latest omega drivers. Finally everything working again ))

Re: Ati Radeon (Sapphire) HD 3850

Hi,

on one rig (Asus P5Q / Intel Q6600/ 4 G Ram) we are using a ATI 3850 -512 Ram with a Yuraku 22' Monitor. ATI Driver 10.2 at 1600 x1200.

Cant get rid of horizontal stripes. Driver does not allow to go to 1600 x 1440 which is according to Yuraku guys native for this widescreen. Did not find any suitable monitor driver yet, using native windows seven :6.1.7600.16385.

Any idea's/help highly appriciated.

Thanks.

Re: Ati Radeon (Sapphire) HD 3850

I took a look at Yuraku's web-site and I couldn't find any 22" monitors with the said resolution (which is weird for a widescreen to say the least). What model is it and are you absolutely sure that it shouldn't be 1680*1050? All of the 22" widescreen monitors I saw on their site had that native resolution except for one which was, strangely, 1680*1054 (apparently not a typo).
