Ati WDM Rage Theater Video error: code 10

I have an Ati Radeon 9600xt Vvio card (HIS), and my problem is i got this error message in the device manager:

Ati WDM Rage Theater Video - Device cannot start (Code 10)

I' using the latest catalyst with the latest wdm drivers. It worked before, but not any more. I've reinstalled windows (xp, sp2) but nothing changed. I tried the latest omega driver, but it didn't help. Now I can't use the vivo tv-in function.
Please help!

I may be late to help but appears SP2 OR DirectX 9c insists on placing WDM_NSP drivers in driver slot, they DO NOT WORK with Analog TV Cards, I just spent a week with this issue. My fix, back to SP1, force NSP out and install WDM_SP or WDM_XP Video drivers. If your channel change is delayed,TV crashes or sound drops after channel change, you have wrong drivers.
