3dmarks 2003 = 5.11 Official Bench!

3dmarks 2003 = 5.12 Official Bench!

3dmarks 2001se = 5.11 Official Bench!

3dmarks 2001se =5.12 Official Bench! = its going to be intresting to see this next bench becuse as you all know this bench is based on CPU more than graphics and with mild dualcore added to the driver set its going to be intresting what score i get above the 5.11 official set

3dmarks 2001se = 5.12 Official Bench!

Ohh MY GOD what a jump in speed, its incredible :o im gobsmaked lol
ATI what you done lol

3dmarks 2005 = 5.11 Offical Bench!

3dmarks 2005 = 5.12 Official Bench!

Well as you can see guys im very impressed with this 5.12 Official Set.
keep those X1800XT and Dualcore Optimizations coming ATI
some impressive leaps in this set + in 2005 im just shy of the 10k mark lol
im just useing overdive though once a proper clocking program comes out for the x1800XT or ATI tool gets release to support auto overclocking i will break that barrier

thanxz ATI

i know my system isn't as up to date as a lot of you with the dual cores or the newer cards, but this was a fast driver install, and the CCC loads up in 3 seconds. from most of what i remember from previous complaints, the majority disliked the slow load time for the CCC?

thanxz again ATI ~

why are you forcing your CCC crap on us when its still classed as major bloatware by the majority of people in here?

The CCC doesn't work with .NET 2.0, is slow as hell, and comsumes more memory than azureus gone wild!

Why would you do this to us, the loyal customer? Just cause your X1000 series of cards suck balls, doesn't mean you need go into 'driver suicide' mode!

Complete garbage, this is my last ATI card...

I'm not using that piece of crap CCC... I'm also running .NET 2.0 and I'm not installing 1.1 just to run a driver application THAT SHOULDNT REQUIRE SPECIAL FRAMEWORK FOR BASIC FUNCTIONALITY

So much hate towards the CCC.
*Shrug* Not like it changes much for me; as long as it works.
I can understand how you guys running .Net 2.0 can be upset though.

CCC works fine for me (.Net 1.1) -- Was going to get some benchies -- but got stuck on FEAR tonight (1440x900 -- 4/16 taa and hq - all options maxed and soft shadows) --- beautiful and plays great. Thanks ATi, I am one happy gamer tonight.

Nice, what a great respect for customers who liked CP. I tried CCC last month and it still use a lot more resources on my computer than the standard CP. I dont understand why ATI does not listen to their customers. If I was alone to ask for the CP, I would understand why you will only provide CCC drivers but looks like we are a lot to ask ATI to keep providing the drivers with CP.

I bought only ATI cards since 3dfx has been sold to Nvidia but ATI no longer respect their customer and my next card will be an NVIDIA for sure.

The only sad thing is that, about me, many peoples will also move to Nvidia like me and those cards price will raise... Market rule.... Nvidia with no more competition...

I ll get my bonus in january so I will survive with cats 5.11 till I get a real video card from a company who respect and listen to their customers.

I dont want to be bad and respect those who like their ATI card and the CCC drivers but I just wanted to post my opinion.

Thanks,

There is nothing to fix in fable for sure, the high quality shadows are only available on cards that support 4096 textures which is Nvidia cards and the X1x00 cards.

You can use the CP from an older driver so the people complaining that there is no 5.12 old CP download are complaining for no reason. If you have the 5.11 or earlier drivers just use the CP from that after updating to the 5.12 display drivers.

I tried that lame fix and it doesn't display the OVERDRIVE tab

What the hell is this... ATI what the hell is wrong with you

Spyre, I will try it for sure but it mean no more optimization for the CP and I will probably miss many new features if I dont move to CCC in the future.

So my choice is done... NVIDIA next time

But as I said, I respect all of you who still prefer ATI. I hope many of you will still prefer ATI to make some competition vs NVIDIA.

that is not the point.how many new driver sets is the old cp going to work with????the point of the complaint by most is the take it or leave it atitude from ati.and the fact we not only have to install bloatware from the driver set but also a third party app that is the ultimate bloatware.and if we want to benefit from all the new optimizations in the future the we will HAVE to do this or use a third party tweaking app that is usually a little behind the release dates of the drivers.or we have to stay atleast a few weeks behind to wait for omegas and sometimes he skips a month and sometimes they arent his best work.so yes ati taking away old cp that uses no resources and just WORKS, ticks alot of people off.ESPECIALLY ME ME ME ME ME ME ME >LOL

uninstall that crap bloatware that uses who knows how many cpu cycles and countless ram resources and see how well that driver set works.im not trying to start a fight or down anybody for using what they like.but come on,what other driver ever in the history of pcs have required something like this to run properly.and im not talking about needing windows or dx9 or whatever.
