Guys, I might be asking bad question, but the refresh limitation and lack of doublescan in the zeropoint drivers (at least in 76.44 and 81.84 for sure) forced me to use the orginal nVidia drivers for my 6800GT cardie.
Now the Coolbits register tweak unlock many of the "secret" options, allowing overclock, for example, AGP settings and such one... Simply save this text as *.reg file, double click on it, confirm it and check the new ones into the display control panel...Quote:
The zeropoint drivers included option to enable/disable VMR. I think it is some sort of support for HW-accelerated decoding of video, however the main effect (of should I say defect?) is, that the colors in movies (all of them, FFD show as decoder used, but it don't matter) are suddently washed out and also there can be see redraws of the video on screen. Both is extremly annoing. So, so anyone know any better solution / addition to the coolbits, that show me the "Disable VMR" option and allow me to disable this crappy image quality? HELP!

Oh, well, thanks for finding me a solution
There it is - Coolbits v2.0.They enabled more options and mainly the "Disable HW overlay", witch make the picture nice again, the CPU load lower again in BSplayer and no ugly redraws Great! Quote:
ALSO, I stepped upon this, but don't use it all, it looks too dangerous, IMHO Quote:
