nVidia ForceWare 84.21 WHQL
Here's a new set of Forceware Drivers in the shape of 84.21 WHQL for Windows 2000/XP! Dated: 03/01/2006
Release Highlights: WHQL Certified Added support for the following products: GeForce 7900 GTX/GT (PCI-E) GeForce 7600 GT (PCI-E) GeForce 6800 GS (AGP) GeForce 6800, Windows XP: Fixed–Hanger textures in space maps are not rendered in Star Wars Battlefront 2. These are supposed to be whql drivers as the read me states this is the only change from the 84.20 betas..not for me they are betas!!

these are now the official nv drivers. having them based on the 8420 is a good thing as it appears to be one their best driver releases yet.
doing a 'pre release' of a driver seems to be part of nvs qc for their driver release. i think it is a good idea there is no way any company can 'test' a driver as thoroughly as bunch of driver fanatics ![]() it speeks good for the driver that they had to make pretty much no changes for its 'official' release. sometimes i wished game companies would do something like this with their game patches.

Yeah i put these in as well and they're not WHQL'd. i guess renaming the 84.20's is all they did.
