NVIDIA monitor problem!

I have a problem with running NVIDIA monitor application. I get this error: "An unsupported operation was attempted!"
Does anyone know what could be wrong? An ikon does apear though in right bottom corner but The monitor just won't maximize to desktop. It stays minimized.

I'm not familiar with that problem, but if you write down wich driver and what card you use then the chance that someone to comes up with an idea increases.
