Good stuff here guys, nVIDIA's 'sliballoon.reg' fix seems to work as stated. So these drivers are rockin.

That stupid tray icon keeps popping up! I even kill it in MSCONFIG, but upon reboot, the same entry in MSCONFIG is there again, as well as the icon.

Oh well.

Yeah the tray icon keeps getting triggered by the erroneous SLI-report of which the registry fix only hides the popup. 91.28 is nice.

Thanks for posting this fix.

I am not sure why Nvidia would pop-up a warning about not having SLI. I am aware that I only installed a single video card. Maybe they are trying to sell more SLI configurations. The pop-up is not appreciated.

Well after looking at the latest drivers, I think I have an answer for you.. the weakest link in the chain of command must be a complete moron over at Nvidia.

Someone over there needs to be fired.

Releasing completely broken drivers is their answer to fixing a pop-up adware bubble.


A complete waste of time installing the .33's.
