Oh, but you can get the modded "nv4_disp.inf" file here!

Noob version:

1. Unpack the original file from nVidia's site!
2. Unpack this file!
3. Copy "nv4_disp.inf" file to the folder extracted from the file you got from the original site!
4. Delete the old folder!
5. Install from the original folder by doubleclicking "Setup.exe" et voila!

Hope you guys understand it!
