Another problem with the 9xx.xx drivers

I remember there being an option in older drivers which let me set resolutions and refresh rates for individual applications when they were run. However, ever since the new control panel was introduced I can't find it anymore in either the old or new control panels. I'd rather not go back to an older driver or use a third-party program, so I was wondering if there was a way to get this back.
