81.95 on 7900GTX

Anyone who got a tip or an idea if it's possible to get those drivers to run on a 7900GTX? I've tried to mod the inf file but the screen got garbled.. My motive for doing this is simple, 81.95 v2 was the best driver for my 7800GT by far. Both the 2D quality on my 21" FD Trinitron and the 3D quality was excellent. I've tried later drivers and they are crap.

Right now I'm running the latest official driver on my 7900GTX and am about to pull the card out and put back my 7800GT. Sounds crazy I know but when it comes down to it I put image quality before performance. Damn these new drivers look bland...
