Nvidia control panel at startup...

Anyone know how to change the CP from opening up at startup?
Can't find a setting except for NvCplUI in Msconfig as a startup program.

start/ run / msconfig/ startup tab/ NvCpl <-- uncheck that maybe? Also you can set the sys tray icon and control panel to not start up too if that is what you are talking about.

Just navigate to the "tools" section in the old control panel.. Then uncheck- "enable taskbar icon" and "enable desktop context menu"... Maybe that will help?
