NVIDIA GeForce2MX 100/200 display driver updates????

I am by no means a computer expert but lately (the last two days) this driver has been causing system errors and automatic restarts in my computer. It says I need to update it. Does anyone have any clue where I can find an update? Thanks (p.s. I sure hope this is the right place to ask this question)

Well, you can find the latest official drivers on nVidia's page here - http://www.nvidia.com/view.asp?PAGE=drivers

The latest version on there is 28.32 and it will support your card so give it a try

GeForce2 MX 100? Never heard of such a thing, but the latest Detonator drivers should help your GeForce2 MX 200. Just stay away from using manufacturer drivers; usually manufacturers use reference drivers to make their own, and that they are not as up-to-date.

gf2mx100 is the original gf2 mx...

any det driver det3 and above without a doubt will support it.

ORIGINAL Geforce is lumped in with the MX400 (Geforce2 MX/MX400) - since it has the same 128 bit SDR / 64 bit DDR capabilty, but clocks at 175 instead of 200

The Geforce2 MX100/200 - only thing that I found with a 100 was the Geforce2Go MX100 (mobile version)

Those are the generic driver names in the Nvidia drivers, so it can be assumed that the MX100 is likely to be the same/worse than an MX200 - it might refer to a 32 bit DDR, or a version with restricted memory, lower clock speed etc.

The MX200 being a 64 bit SDR version. clocked the same as the original but suffering from a halving in memory performance!
