Best driver for 64MB DDR NVidia GeForce3(Dell) ?!?

Hello @ all,
after a harddisk-crash I've now successfully reinstalled the OS WinME on my DELL-
Dimension8100-PC . With help resp. suggestions from "DriverAgent"
(->www.driveragent.com) I've finally updated the drivers for all hardware-devices ...
successfully ... except my "nVidia 64MB DDR GeForce3(Dell)" - graphiccard !
I've tried out nearly all available driverupdates ...from the NVidia-Homepage for
Win9x/ME, from this site, from Guru3d.net, - Omega-Drivers, - FranknDriver ...
and so on, but "DriverAgent" each time "told" me, that there's a better driver for this
device !!! (my current version of nvdisp.drv: 4.14.0001.4351 WHQL -04.02.2003)
To get the driverupdate from "DA", one have to pay for the membership on this site.
Due to private distress i have - for the moment - no money, to do that ...
Does anybody have an idea, what the from "DA" meant resp. the best-current-suitable
driver for this device shall be ?!?
Best regards Quaman

Wouldn't trust it further than I could throw it - probably doesn't realise you're on WinME.

The latest driver that Nvidia offers for Win9x/ME is http://www.nvidia.com/object/win9x_81.98.html

You would also use a DirectX update with this, the indicated 9.0c or a bimonthly of Feb 2007 (does not mention Win98 or ME, though only Win95 has so far been retired from DX updates - at 8.0a) or earlier, as older card performance is said to be worse with April 2007 or later.

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en - June 2006 seems to be the last bimonthly that actually mentions 98 & ME.

As for drivers, some of the older ones may be a little more tightly tuned for the DirectX 8 series cards, but the later ones will have more bugfixes.
