94.24_forceware_winxp_english_whql - nvtunep.sys failure!

i downloaded the latest drivers for my graphics card, Geforce 6800 GT. When i reboot my computer, it goes to a blue screen saying, "nvtunesp.sys" was the reason of the failure. It turns out i cannot update since if i continue from "Start Windows Normally" it repeats itself so i have no choice but to choose "last known good configuration". Therefore my drivers stay the same.
Can you please help me with this situation.
Thanks
