drivercleaner

hey guys am wondering if this is normal,when i run driver cleaner in safe mode it it says it deletes the stuff out but i could run the search again and it keeps finding the same bits of driver leftover everytime is this normal.would appreciate it if some1 can tell me how the process should go. thanks in advance.
