NVIDIA Ge Force FX 5200 128 MB Question

Can anyone tell me if the newest NVIDIA Omega drivers would work better with my Ge Force FX 5200 (128 MB) than the latest NVIDIA drivers?

Thanks in advance to whoever can answer my question.

I've had good experience with the latest omega's, but I have a newer card. Best way to find out is to give them a shot, it certainly can't hurt.

Very true. I was just hoping someone had tried it with this particular card before and could tell me if its worth the trouble of installing the omega drivers because I've heard there have been instances when the install has been less them smooth.

I tired the drivers however I didn't notice much of a performance boost so I switched back the NVIDIA drivers. The only thing I noticed was weird was that the screen did something weird right after load up. I can't really describe it other the the entire screen went all wavy.

P.S. Thank god the 5200 card isn't in my main rig. My primary one has an 8500 GT while its not the best. Its good enough to play Crysis on medium settings. Haven't tried the omega drivers with it yet........
