keep losing my drivers

Hopefully you all can help me out with this issue.
I downloaded the new drivers for my TI4400 and since then each time I turn off my puter for any length of time, I lose my divers for the card, and I have to reinstall. Once installed everything works fine until I turn it off for the night. Then I come back the next day and I have to re-install.

I tried to Role back the drivers and I tried to install stock drivers and the same thing happens.
am I installing wrong?

Here is my set up
Gigabyte GA-7VTXH+
AMD 1900+
1gig PC 2700
PNY TI4400
Blaster Audigy
(Nothing is over clocked)

Thx for your input guys.

I didnt do a long ram test, and my BIOS and CPU clock were fine.

I did get them working though. I uninstalled the Card completly and wiped all the drivers I had on the Hard drive, then started from scratch. Loaded the card drivers from the original disk and then upgraded from there.

So far so good.

Again thx for you help I am not sure what it was? Prob just the drivers conflicting, after the wipe things seems to be going well.
