Irresponsible Cats is on a distinguished road

nvidia 175.19 issues, XP

Ok here is my setup:

AMD 64 X2 4400+
corsair pc3200 2GiggleB
nvidia 7900GT
XP SP2(i think not 3)

So I was running just fine on 162.18. I get the new 175.19 drivers and install them, the install goes just fine and when i restart something isn't right. Everything is slow and when i use firefox and mouse scroll it is very blocky, like radar loading haha if you know what i mean. And when i rightclick desktop there is no nvidia user control panel, no tray icon. and when i go to the device under device manager the driver is just like "vga driver" or some generic something. I tried 169.21 and it is all the same stuff. This happened after a reformat of one of my 2 HDD's. I tried to uninstall all drivers, deleted them and ran CCleaner on my registery and everything. still didn't help.

TL;DR - 175.19 drivers installing but not working, plz help.

Thanks in advance
