??? Missing options - Forceware 185.20 moded by Side

On Windows XP SP1.0a, 9400 GT card, Forceware 185.20 moded by Side - I disabled using Startup Control pannel most of the unnecessary stuff. As for the nVidia drivers, there is not really necessary to have anything except the NvCplDaemon.

Everything works well, except I cannot tweak the settings like enable/disable Doublescan for lower resolutions... The button is not there anymore:

Is there a way I can get easily into these options? What do I need to start?
Many of these options are nonpresent in the NVIDIA Control Pannel... Yep, these old ones: http://doublescan.wz.cz/startingtemperatures.gif

Anyone?

Is there a reason why you are using XP SP1.0a?

Not being familiar with these modded drivers not really sure what to suggest
