mohaa and omega drivers probs
heard about omega drivers helping out my fps and so i tried them out and they boosted my fps a lot. i had always thought i should have gotten more fps out of my gf 4 ti4600 but never knew how. now that i have installed the drivers they have boosted my fps but have caused a few minor graphic problems while im in game. 1st, there is a large box outline around each map in the game and 2nd there are just striaght lines around the scope on the sniper rifle. other than that the drivers are great..but is there any thing i can tweak to get rid of these lines ? thx
here are ss of what im talking about http://www.dodstudios.net/uploads/up...scopelines.jpg http://www.dodstudios.net/uploads/uploads/boxedin.jpg Last edited by xdsl; Jun 22, 2003 at 12:04 AM. |

omega drivers are great, but if you installed the latest one (1.4403) that was the one that Omegadrive himself werent impressed with (compatibility/stability) then that might be one of your problems
i myself used the drivers and did gain better fps, but due to the compatiblity/stability i had to change drivers, currently i am using one of the beta 44.65 Download and to me that was one of the best drivers ive seen for performance/stability, all my games have improved in both performance/quality/compatibility try testing out different drivers, they may be faster but always check for things such as this (compatibility/stability) |

Hi Xdsl,I have had the exact graphical errors in MOHAA. I posted this at Planet Medal of Honor's site,on their Allied Assault Tech Forum(check it out, 'black wireframe graphics error') and a reply indicated a problem with G4 MSI cards(mine is an MSI G4 Ti4600 128mb) and the newer dets. The only solution was to revert back to the older 31.00 dets. Do you also have a newer MSI card?
