??? Coolbits, Drivers, GFX5600, Overclocking??

I just bought this system 2 weeks ago;
AMD Athalon XP2500+ 333MHZ(Barton) with 512kb L2 Cache
ASUS A7N8X-UAY Audio/Lan (nforce2 rev 1004)
Micron 1.5GB PC3200 DDR400
Antec Lanboy Aluminum Case w/350watt Blue
ASUS V9560TD GFX-5600 128MB 8x AGP
Maxtor 80GB 7200 Liquid
SB Live Platnum 5.1 w/Live Drive IR (from my old PC)
LG 32x10x40x/16x CDRW/DVD combo Drive (from my old PC)
AOC 19" anolog CRT monitor
WinXP Pro SP1, with all applicable Updates
OfficeXP SP2, with all Applicable Updates
I keep all my software/drivers up to date !!!

basically this question is about the "Clock Frequencies" panel for the coolbits Reg entries. I've read and seen in a number of posts people showng and saying they can adjust in a dropdown box either 2D or 3D and then select "auto select" for the clock settings. The problem is I don't have that option. I've tried the coolbits with 44.03's, 44.51's and 44.65's and that option never is displayed. No dropdown box.

On another note, My system supports Side Band Addressing (SBA), but whnever I put a check in the box on the "AGP Settings" panel, I select apply, and it just unchecks it automatically.

When I check the settings using Powerstrip, it reports that SBA is enabeled
Also Powerstrip has the Dropdown box for 2D Quality/3D Performance clock settings in it's control panel, but not in my FX5600 control panel, but when I select 3D, i get 54.00MHz for the engine clock and 100.29MHz for the memory clock, which it will not let me change. I can slide it up as high as I want, but when I select apply, it reverts back to the same low low low settings. My 2D Quality settings show my clocks at 324.00MHz and 552.00MHz respectively.

Is this normal? I've never had an AGP card before, and My previous card was an ATI all-in-wonder Radeon 32mb pci (3years ago) running on a 566 celeryon. Anyone with any advice? I'm new to this O/C game, and please don't be a dick and tell me to return my FX5600 card. I know it's not the best, but it's more than good enough to play all the latest games.
