It looks like Omega's last set was the 44.03s, which do support the FX. Altough I have found the 44.65s and 44.67s to be much faster/better.

Thanks for the feedback.

So do you own a FX900 as well? Where can I get the 44.67's from?

I see so many damn drivers out there with different version numbers it makes a new comer like myself very confussed!!

Yeah I'm running one my self at the moment, it's a sweet card.
As to where to download the drivers, my fav is www.guru3d.com
Give the 44.67 & 44.71 drivers a go as they seem like the best ones right now. I would stay away from the 44.90s as I've heard some serious horror stories.

You can give them a shot, I've heard his drivers are really great. But the new 44.65s are just so much faster, I don't even wanna look back. I wish he was still allowed to make his nVidia drivers, that would of been sweet.
Good luck

Yeah it is a shame with what NVIDIA have said - I get the feeling that they see Mr Omega as a threat to their business - NVIDIA are known globally for their driver performance increase with each new release.

I reckon he should release a set of drivers using their code with his optimisations and call them something like Aloe Vera drivers!!!

The whole thing is a damn shame, so now i have to use some good tweakers myself and that's a new ball game!

I have heard of rivatuner and had a look at it, seems very complicated! I am after something like Rage3D - or a tweaker that has some optimsation doco with it!

Do you know of any kakarot?

As for me, I dont' miss

the Omegadrivers at all. Every time a new driver comes out (whether Omega's or nVIDIA's), I restore my system using Norton Ghost 2003 (which has no videocard drivers installed) and install the new driver.

From using 3 sets of Omega's (the latest three for nVIDIA and the newest one for ATI), I've only had my games look worse rather than better. Not only that, it causes instability on my systems. ATI and nVIDIA's reference drivers, however, have never given me system instability although both have given me some game-specific problems.

Yeah, that was definitely very 'weird' of nVidia telling him to stop like that. They must be up to something
As for the tweakers, the only other one other than RivaTuner that I can find is nVHardPage Tweaker available at http://download.guru3d.com/
There used to be a GeForce Tweaker that was pretty cool but I hear it don't support the latest drivers. I haven't used nVidia in a few years so I'm not really up to date with these things, but I'll keep my eyes open for something better.

Ok... nice one I'll also keep you posted if i come across a good tweaker. Rage3D was so easy to use - i had a wicked optimization doco for it too.

That Rivatuner is good but seems very complicated.

Wow..... My first insult, I feel like a little kid again being told off my some big bloke behibd a screen.

I suggest you watch your trap since the words that project out of ya hole are offensive. I wasnt meaning to be unpolite, I just wanted to know why Rivatuner was good, its very simple really - if your gonna get all sensitive about it then I reckon you need threapy boy.

Anywaz your comments are not appreciated. If you are going to give any valuable input on these forums make sure you keep your words excused off flith - it's rather sad that you get all up tight about a sentence i wrote, took offence and winged like a little school boy.
