I am not able to view steaming videos on several sites (e.g. those on http://www.launch.com )using the 2942 driver or any other driver in the 2900 series (2960, 2980). I also tried the Omega drivers but had the same result. The video buffers and then locks up. There is no problem with viewing using the 2832 driver. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem and found a solution to it. This seems to be a problem only in XP with the XP drivers. It also affects playback of AVI's with MusicMatch Jukebox and Media Jukebox but not with Windows MediaPlayer.

Sounds like you need a Video Codec or some plugin to view this streaming video.

The 2832 and 2890 drivers present no problem so I don't think it invoves a codec. Thanks for your reply. I'll keep searching.
