I am about to re-install windows XP pro and I have a question...

I have a PNY Verto 64 meg Geforce4 420.
Now when I format and fresh install windows, which drivers should I install ?
should I install the drivers on the CD that came with it, then install the detonator drivers?
or should I not install off of the CD at all and simply install the detonator drivers ?

You should try not to install off of the CD and install the latest (29.80) detonators. I don't know if it applies to XP or not, but you might want to run the dets you're going to install thru the RivaTuner 2.0 release candidate 11 LOD patch first or you might not be able to adjust the level-o-detail under D3D. (No biggy if you don't play with the LOD slider, but I thought I'd be anal and in-depth to act like I know what I'm talking about. )

always install the latest drivers if you're not the type that plays with all the driver types...

if you are, then any driver 12.10 and up should be able to power that card.
