K.I.L.E.R., do other OpenGL games work? Or it is just that one?

Since I don't currently have XP installed I couldn't test it enough (I Mean, the XP driver), maybe it's a bug in my drivers, let me know...

All Ogl games do this not just Q3 engine based ones. But Direct 3d looks awesome. I never thought playing without Aniso can look that dern good especially in D3d games.

OK then, It will take about two hours, but I'll install XP and check the drivers, just to make sure.
In the meantime, just copy the "nvoglnt.dll" from the normal nvidia 29.42 drivers into your Windows\System32 folder, replacing the 29.60 file I used, that will fix it (I think), let me know if it works...

Just re-installed the official nvidia drivers (v29.42 from nvidia.com) and GTA3 works fine =) so it must be the drivers... do you have ICQ or AIM? so we can get the omega drivers fixed asap..

Default Post Nvidia Geforce 2 MX 100/200 32Megas

If this helps you:
The opengl mode didn´t function me when I tried to play the last version of counter-strike. I´m running Windows XP 256M RAM DDR. I have realised that your drivers haven´t create me a key in the registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Video and when I´ve reinstalled my older detonator they´ve done that.
I think I´ve installed them correctly: download and run .exe file and locate and install .inf file from properties. If I am in a mistake let me know please.

You are doing it fine kepaja, the problem was me , I used the 29.80 OpenGL file in the 29.42 XP drivers, but I didn't tested it (the mix worked fine in 9x), so it seems that nvidia "locked" the drivers so they can't be mixed.
I'm uploading a new version ASAP with the correct files included, when ready I'll update the main page and links.

Sorry...

Default Post 60hz issue?

any way to address the 60hz issue in XP ? I tried using the NVRefreshTool 1.0 with no luck. I have been dealing with the 60hz issue since win2k RC2, i know how to deal with it.

What should i use to fix it, with your drivers?

Default Post Absolutely Ecstatic Over These Puppies!

...but I've just gotta let you know about the PHENOMENAL drop I experienced in my "Game 4" and "Advanced Pixel Shader" tests! WTF?
(And before anyone breaks out the bats and clubs - hang on, 'cause I'm the FIRST one to decry anyone making driver quality determinations over 3dMark or any other such video benchmark tests. However. I *do* like to take cursory glances at these three tests in 3dMark: "Game 4"; "Advanced Pixel Shader"; and "8 Lights" because these are three important features on my GeForce 4 which I [and everyone else ] paid a pretty penny for, and they'd damned well better work properly ! In any case...)
I've been actually salivating ever since playing with the betas a few weeks back, and I've loved all of the Radeon drivers I use with my 8500, as well! But the fact that these two scores have dropped, not a few points, not a dozen, but nearly in half! has got me more than a bit concerned, you know?
Has anyone else noticed/experienced this?? I've just finished a clean XP install and haven't yet installed any games, so I don't know how/if this affects them. Any suggestions? Which file(s) should I attempt to switch out? I've got all the recent driver sets from 29.42 on up.
Help!

I noticed a very big dip in 3dmark but very big gain in perofrmane in actually games along with gain on IQ. 3dmark does not reflect performance in games.
