Default Post 30.00 Win9x/ME Beta Driver and WDM 1.16 @ Warp2Search

Just letting you know I posted 30.00 beta driver on warp2search and new 1.16 wdm driver too. If you try the 30.00 driver let us know how they perform for you. My system changes too much day by day to make any comparisons between different driver sets

Downloads are here.

Default Post Thanks, I think...

Great. Finally a new driver leak after so long...and they're dated from before the last leaked set.

Default Post Are you SURE these are different than 30.30?

'Cause bugger me if'n I can tell any difference in benchmarking them compared to the 30.30 set. 3dm2k, 3dm2k1se300, DroneZ, GLexcess all bench within error tolerances of the 30.30 set.

The only thing I've found so far different is the D3D anisotropic filtering is a tad slower on this set. I was playing GTA3 just peachy with the 30.30 set at 2x, but it's a tad jerky now on 2x....a tad jerkier for me than the 30.30 set on 4x.

Thanks for the leak, but I gotta get me something newer somehow. (Probably thru you, so please don't take all my whining as a rudeness...it's just been sooooo long now that I'm actually thinking about picking me up one of them frequently updated viddy cards... )

lol...well I'd love to find somethine better but there's nothing new out there yet I can find. Even registered nvidia developers only have 29.42 as latest drivers to play with...

maybe something is up...

Default Post Think Unwinder and the aniso boost might...

...fit into that puzzle somehow? Or am I getting overly holistic again?
